Production line description:
This production line designs non-woven manufacturing systems for
the automotive industry, airlaid or by carding solution.
The system produce individualized fibers with tensile strength that
is uniform in both length and width under controllable percentage.
These advanced fiber web systems create fibers that are ideal for
automotive applications such as air bags, headliners, sun shades,
acoustical pads, door panels, and various engine parts. The
versatility that is engineered into every system allows for the
production of non-woven fiber webs from many materials, including
cotton, cotton shoddy, synthetic shoddy, recycled fiber, reclaimed
material.

Installation
The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer
is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation,
medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers
should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines
to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for
installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is
USD200/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about
35-40days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.
Remarks: The buyer is responsible for the installation and the
seller provides on-line support. If the buyer requests for engineer
to go for installation. All the expenses including salary, hotels,
daily meals and COVID testing during the quarantine period in
customer’s country and back to China will be taken by the buyer.
