800kg/h New design Nonwoven carding machine for wool
Introduction:
The machine is used to open and card the opened fiber into fiber
webs of fixed amount, which will be transferred to next working
procedure.
Carding is a mechanical process that breaks up locks and
unorganized clumps of fiber and then aligns the individual fibers
so that they are more or less parallel with each other. Carding can
also be used to create blends of different fibers or different
colors. Carding plays a crucial role in all spinning cycles
particularly in the woolen spinning cycle, in which it incorporates
different functions, all essential in order to obtain the level of
quality required for the product.

Structure:
- Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, with pressing roller for
evenly feeding.
- Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ135mm, anti-metal
protection device is used at the material input of machine, which
could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
- There are 3 suits of working roller and stripping roller on breast
cylinder and 5 suits of working roller and stripping roller on main
cylinder, totally 8 suits of working zones to card fiber completely
and form web evenly.
- Edge-suction system is equipped and the dust particles will be
transferred to special dust cage.
- Walking platforms are placed on two sides of machine for
maintenance. Machine Safe guard cover is transparent organic glass.
- Carding wire is high quality from GERON.
